Combat items

Added some auxiliary items to use during combat. These should be pretty self explanatory!

• Throwing knife
• Throwing bomb
• Rope bomb
• Flipleaf (Enemies slip when stepped on)
• Spell regen potion
• Stamina regen potion  

Also another spell was added

• Fractal Whirl

A delayed whirl that does less damage, but can't be poised.

Where Flame Whirl is used to keep pressure off/setup combos/wakeup trap, Fractal Whirl is used as a complete surprise to catch & combo unobservant opponents.
